Fred- 1981 horse mule. Each time I take his picture, he gets better and better! I can't read the newspaper through him any more at least! Fred was about a 2 body score when we got him. We were also told he was 15 years old! He also had hooves that had turned into "slippers", but he luckly had not rotated yet. He also has extreme allergies and was an obsessed weaver. He was placed on a double dose all herbal allergy medicine for 60 days and turned out with cows, then the herd. He still has slight heaves but no longer weaves and seems very happy. Keep praying for this sweet old man.
